How to participate:
|
|
1. Make a public post that contains a link to [this repository](https://github.com/GolangKazan/golangconf2019-challenge) with both `#GolangKazan` and `#GolangConf2019` hash tags ([example](https://twitter.com/GolangKazan/status/1177939214437994496)).
|
|
2. Fork this repository.
|
|
3. Add yourself in `challenge.go` file variable `gophers`.
|
|
4. Send a [Pull Request](https://help.github.com/en/articles/creating-a-pull-request) with your changes.
|
|
5. If CI tests will pass, your contribution will be merged.
|
|
6. When PR is merged, you're awesome and can potentially win a prize.
|
|
|
|
## How the winner is selected
|
|
|
|
We print winner after tests are finished.
|
|
Your pull request triggers a new CI build.
|
|
Inside that build logs, info line about the winner is printed.
|
|
|
|
When we'll stop this challenge, the last printed winner will be awarded.
|
|
|
|

For a post there are several things to be considered:
|
|
* Post must survive until we stop the challenge and announce the winner.
|
|
* Account that does the announcement must have at least 10 followers/subscribers.
|
|
|
|
Possible sites that can be used for a public post: [vk](http://vk.com/), [twitter](http://twitter.com/), [instagram](https://www.instagram.com).<br>
|
|
Note that you can use other social network, channel.
|
